Hello If you have any problems email us at jeepoffroadparts@charter.net and we will help you solve it. We have everything wrapped and shipped at UPS. This helps eliminate on excuse if a part arrives damaged. We do not provide insurance unless you request it. Unsatisfatory parts can be exchanged. Our handleing charges are only what UPS charges to box the items. We do have a great relationship with the UPS Store in town so they will ship as much in one box as possible. No one likes shipping charges including me. The more I spend on getting a part to me the less I can spend where I want, like on the Jeep. We try very hard to ship in one box to save you money.
